I have spam programs on my computer that my change/remove list picks up that can't be deleted. What do I do?

I have programs that my change/remove list picks up that I am more than positive are from spam, adware, etc. that won't go away when I try to delete them. After I try deleting them my computer claims that they don't exist. Is a registry cleaner the way to go? How do I fix this problem?I have spam programs on my computer that my change/remove list picks up that can't be deleted. What do I do?try booting up your computer in safe mode without networking. that way those adware programs and such wont start up. then run your antivirus(mcafee), adaware(adaware 2007), and registry cleaner(easy cleaner) software. i would do all three.
