Can names be remove from a house deeds?
can a name be remove from a house deeds that is fully ownership but have taken a loan from it in the past.how does it work out?if i change over to my name only.
and what if am going to see through that the loan is paid,or else am in trouble,all i need is my house back in my full name.What if i can change or remove names from?First, the person who is on the deed must agree to have themselves removed from the deed.
