In Windows Add or Remove programs, the 'Change' and 'Remove' buttons have disappeared....?

The programs I have installed are listed but most of them don't show the 'change' and 'remove' buttons on the left when I click on them.



Anyone how to fix that? I have tried using MyUninstaller, but that doesn't list those programs at all.
