Change BIOS pw? (or remove)?

Without opening up my case...

is there a way to remove the bios pw once booted up(eg:from windows XP control pannel somewhere), or does it have to be changed/removed in the BIOS itself?Change BIOS pw? (or remove)?removing the battery, doesnt always remove the password

located on the motherboard is usually a password jumper take off the lil plastic jumper turn the pc on and boot into the bios, you can now replace the jumper and the password will have been erased.

What manafacture computer is it?

or if its been made specially what make motherboard?Change BIOS pw? (or remove)?Only way I have found is to unplug the system from power source, pop out the round bios battery, wait a couple of minutes, then put everything back and restartChange BIOS pw? (or remove)?I think the only way is thru the Bios software or cracking the case and moving the jumper or switch to reset it, if it is unknown.
