What Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change?

If you have any. Thanks. What Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change?TrinityWhat Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change?the entire thing

people should help others out constantly all year long when they are capable to do so, not charge their credit cards up full one time a year and go in debt

the fact also remains that this is a pagan ritual adapted to christianity to promote consumerism and also give people false gods

(the man in red santa - satan) gets all the credit while these poor hard working parents earn the money and buy the presents, how messed up is that?

it teaches children to believe in a lie, well then again many people's lives are consumed by satan and therefore he really is the one giving the gifts.

God doesn't need us to pretend we are good 1 time a year, and Jesus is not, was not, and never will be God, he was of satan, that is why they joined forces on that december day to have you chop a tree down and drag it inside (what nonsense!! what in the world would you want a tree IN YOUR HOUSE FOR?)

and then sit there and watch the relatives that cannot stand each other smile their fake smiles and give their high priced gifts to earn a %26quot;favor%26quot; from the person they gave the gift to...

do away with this wicked day and make everyday a gift to God, see someone in need and help them, not over abundantly but just what you can do without promoting yourself or trying to show everyone how %26quot;good%26quot; you areWhat Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change?Tree and house lightings, it wastes energy and contribute to global warmingWhat Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change? The fact that people complain about it so much. If it isn't one thing that bothers them, it's something else.

Everyone says they %26quot;have to%26quot; buy gifts for everyone they have ever met and even folks they hardly know. No you don't. No one is forcing you to spend anything. You make that decision yourself.

Why does the whole %26quot;Merry Christmas%26quot; vs %26quot;Happy Holidays%26quot; thing even matter? Accept it graciously with a smile and move on with your day. There is no reason to get your knickers in a twist.

Why does it matter what random strangers do in their own homes, regardless of their religious beliefs or lackthereof? Where does it say that Christmas is only allowed to be celebrated by Christians? They are not hurting you so leave them be. Celebrate how you and your family do in your own home and mind your own business when it comes to others in their own homes. What Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change? The %26quot;tradition%26quot; I'd like to change are the many ppl who say nothing when you give em a gift. They should at least say %26quot;thank you.%26quot; ANother bad %26quot;tradition%26quot; which fortunately few ppl practice are the ppl who tell you they don't like your gift. Once, I gave someone some Swiss chocolates and he said that he had no use for them bc he had high cholesterol levels. What Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change? One awful tradition in bigger cities (anyone whose been in NYC will know what I am talking about) are all those Christmas trees dumped on the street corners after the New Year. There should be some kind of system to pick up these trees and compost them (in some cities, there are %26quot;green%26quot; trash cans that you put out on garbage pickup days). Or ppl should get artificial trees that they can use next Christmas. What Christmas tradition do you want to remove or change? The whole lot. Its a profane lie and the church should long have stood up against it. For heavens sake - 25 Dec. is not even Christ's birthday! The %26quot;wise men%26quot; visited years later - not on the birthday.

I hate and abhor the slack and utterly disgusting preachers and pastors and priests that are so lame that they are more concerned about their appearance and popularity than standing up for what is right.

Shame on you all!!
