I can't install the Yahoo antivirus tool because the Change/Remove program in Windows says the McAfee Security program cannot be removed because files are missing. Is there another way to remove the McAfee program? If that doesn't work, you will have to use the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool:

Then follow up with running CCleaner, to get rid of those excess bits that didn't get removed.
