I want to rollback to IE6 (from IE7), but under control panel the "change/remove" tab is not there?

I have had many problems with IE7 including toolbars; they are not locked and do not have the perforated separator (that enables you to move or combine toolbars). I literally have 4 toolbars up top that cannot be moved along with an additional %26quot;search default%26quot; box that cannot be removed without adding a new one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.I want to rollback to IE6 (from IE7), but under control panel the %26quot;change/remove%26quot; tab is not there? If you already have IE 7 version running, then all you do is download the standalone IE 6, this is going to enable you to run both IE 6 and IE 7. You can also download a IE installer from TreadoSoft, that will allow you to run IE 3, 4, 5, and 6 on your computer alongside IE 7. One thing you might want to keep in mind is that these are standalone browsers, and are susceptible to crashes because of their instability as they were not installed in the operating system.

Set your toolbar that you want to use by clicking on them to have a check mark or not to have a check mark, If you have a check mark next to the toolbar name, that means that toolbar will be displayed. And you can lock or unlock tool bar in this window. Just right click on empty space in the toolbar space and this window opens. it's not called change and remove,

look again under Control Panel and then look for Add and RemoveI want to rollback to IE6 (from IE7), but under control panel the %26quot;change/remove%26quot; tab is not there? If you are using Windows XP, then go to control panel, Add or Remove programs. This option is there in the classic menu. If you do not get this icon directly then switch to classic view (this can be done in the top left side). Then tick the option on the top on whether to show updates. Then scroll all the way down and uninstall the IE7 update. NOTE: you cannot uninstall IE completely. You will get IE6 after you uninstall the IE7 update.

However I recommend that you use other browsers especially Mozzila Firefox as IE6 is now considered to be very unsafe and has numerous loopholes. Firefox is the safest browser.
