I have already try to click on the control panel%26gt;change or remove programs%26gt;change/remove
but it seems like, each time i clicked on the 'change/remove' button there's an error states : ERROR, could not load intialization files

If it was deleted simply by deleting the folder containing the program's files then the uninstaller will also have been deleted and therefore the required application to remove registry entries and shortcuts is no longer there.
