How to uninstall programs that don't have a change/remove button in add/remove programs?

My computer is telling me out out of hard disk space and I need to delete unused programs. I've gone into add/remove programs to delete some of the programs I don't use to try to free up space. Some of the programs are not even listed in the generated list (how do I get them there?) and others are listed but have no button to change/remove them. How do I get rid of them? I searched on the internet for what to do and found I should check registry keys. I checked in the registry for an uninstall string and they don't seem to have that either. So then, I tried putting the cd in to see if it had an uninstall command and it told me the program was already there to change/remove go to your control panel, which is where I started. The computer also won't let me defrag, and has suspended the system restore, because it says I do not have enough space. I have not added many things lately, except pictures that do not take up much space, so I'm confused about how and why this is happening. Is it possible that I have a virus?? What do I do? I have a Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop. The main program I'm trying to uninstall is Autodesk 2007 (ACAD), but there are others too. Please Help. How to uninstall programs that don't have a change/remove button in add/remove programs? You could use this uninstaller, but I think that your computer is in need of a good spring cleaning.

Restart your computerHow to uninstall programs that don't have a change/remove button in add/remove programs? You can uninstall the programs from their specific folder in Program Files. If some of them don't have an %26quot;uninstall file%26quot;, just delete them. (and delete them from Recycle Bin too)

You can't defragment because you don't have enough space, u need to have at least 15% available space to defragment. (deleting unused files and programs will fix it)

And it definetly not a virus. How to uninstall programs that don't have a change/remove button in add/remove programs? If you don't have a good pc maintenance program you need one. Over time temp files, files left after crashes, files left over after uninstalls, and lot's of other things clog up your computer causing it to not act right or not respond correctly. This could also be a spyware (or several) that is playing havoc on your computer. I've run the same maintenance and security software package for about 8 years and it has never let me down.
