To change rotor on 97 Hyundai Sonata do I need to remove the castle nut and hub?

I'm looking at a manual which shows bolts holding the rotor to the hub but I do not see the bolts on the outer side of the rotor. I've looked as best as I can from behind the assembly and can not see these bolts either.

If I do need to remove the hub, do you know what size the castle nut is? I do not have a socket of that size yet.

Thanks! To change rotor on 97 Hyundai Sonata do I need to remove the castle nut and hub?The rotor may just come off by hitting it between the studs with a 2 lb hammer to break the rust loose. Make sure you don't have any retainer screws holding the rotor on. If you do you may need an impact screwdriver to break them loose. To change rotor on 97 Hyundai Sonata do I need to remove the castle nut and hub?if after you removed the brake calipers and the rotor is not lose, and there is no visible nut holding it on, I would say that the rotor is machined on, or pressed on, you will need to take it to a brake service center to have them remove it, some of those cars are machine pressed on in that yearTo change rotor on 97 Hyundai Sonata do I need to remove the castle nut and hub?only a couple way to do them ones that slide on or ones that have a nut once you lift up caliber and rotor dont slide off only other way is by removing pin and caslte nut and shouldnt need much its not much more than hand tight adjustable wench or slip plairs wil do it
