I'm trying to remove a currently installed program, but when I click Change/Remove nothing happens....?

I am trying to remove %26quot;iPod for Windows 2005-09-23%26quot; from my computer. When I go to Add or Remove Programs under the Control Panel, I try to Change/Remove it. Then, the Install Wizzard comes on the screen for about 10 seconds, and disappears. Then...nothing. I can't remove the program. I am trying to get rid of iTunes and reinstall it (my computer shuts down when I run iTunes lately -- gives me the %26quot;blue screen of death%26quot;). How do I remove this?

Also, is this a virus? Is this a bug in the program?I'm trying to remove a currently installed program, but when I click Change/Remove nothing happens....?Some error in PC. It is always better to depend on system restore so that un- identified errors are undone with out affecting the basic operating system. I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html

The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
